These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Volts dating mobile application (“App”) and website (“Site”) operated by Volts (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using Volts, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Volts.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use Volts.

  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • You are prohibited from creating an account using false information or on behalf of someone else without their permission.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

  • You must not share your account or allow others to use it.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use Volts for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

  • Post, share, or transmit content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes on others’ rights.

  • Harass, threaten, or exploit other users.

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with Volts.

  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App/Site or its systems.

4. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it within Volts to operate and improve our services.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate laws or infringe on others’ rights.

  • We may remove any content that violates these Terms or our policies.

5. Matches & Communication

  • We do not guarantee matches or interactions.

  • You are solely responsible for your communications and interactions with other users.

  • Exercise caution when sharing personal information with other users.

6. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)

  • Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

  • All purchases are subject to applicable app store policies (Google Play/Apple App Store) and may be non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Privacy

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • We are not responsible for actions of other users or for any damages caused by interactions through Volts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim related to Volts will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volts, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of Volts or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the App, Site, or email before they take effect.
Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
